Delivery ,Postage and Your Privacy.

For Australia:

Delivery for local areas in WA are by ordinary post and can take 2-5 days depending on your location .All North West and other States, postage will be by Express where possible which can take 2-6 days , once again dependant on your location . Delivery can be by registered mail if requested, 2-10 days for most locations & will require a signature. If there is not someone to sign, the package is taken to the nearest post office.This service may incur extra fees so please confirm with us if this is your preferred option.

Please be aware that all shipping costs are calculated for the longest distance so if the actual cost is less than shown we will adjust the amount down if you pay by Direct Deposit or Credit Card.However if you make an instant payment with PayPal then the shipping cost will stand.If you are located in Norfolk Island then please contact us for a quote.

Orders will be dispatched from Nikita Naturals Australia as soon as payment has been received normally same day or next business day.

Credit cards will not be charged until the order is sent.

Please note that if there are supply issues this may delay your order. If there are unreasonable delays you will be contacted by phone or by e-mail

International: Orders now only available by direct email .

All International orders are dispatched same day as payment or next business working day. If you make your payment by Credit card this will allow adjustment of Shipping Costs should the Shopping Cart be in error as sometimes is the case. If you make your payment by PayPal and Shipping Charges are not correct then I am unable to correct this, so please be sure you are happy with your final total before making the payment.

Please also note that Nikita Naturals Australia is not responsible for actions beyond it's control & that includes items seized by customs in your home country.If you are unsure , please check with your customs people before confirming and payment for your order.
