Our Magnesium Chloride (Hexahydrate) Food Grade Salts is a naturally occurring nutritional mineral extracted from seawater from the pristine region of the Okinawan Islands.Due to its exceptional geographic location it has high concentrations of magnesium chloride and is also very rich in trace elements. It is pure and free of additives or perfumes & is easy to use in all applications.
This pure concentrated product can be used to make up an oral solution ,directions are included if you wish to do this. I personally have been using 3 x 5ml servings daily (sometimes more) added to other liquid to mask the rather salty taste.The suggested use is to mix one teaspoon of the solution three times daily with food or drink for a daily intake of approx. 600 mg of magnesium. Some people just take the powder as is.
The salts can also be used for a relaxing bath ,footbath or handbath. Approx. 1/4 cup of the salts is usually enough added to very warm water. See Flakes for extra use info .Foot or handbath solution can be saved & re-used 4-5 times or more if required, which can make it very economical to use. This is a "deluxe" gel with a multitude of uses so try it out on all locations. Using Xanthan Gum for thickening gives a delightful slippery texture & once soaked into the skin the gel imparts a lovely softness . I recommend that is be used very sparingly & massaged in gently .

Our magnesium flakes are also a naturally occurring mineral flake extracted via seawater from the pristine region of the Okinawan Islands. Like the Pure Magnesium Salts it also has high concentrations of magnesium chloride and is also very rich in trace elements. It is pure and free of additives or added perfumes. It has a very fresh “sea air” sensation if anything.
Wonderful for full body baths ,footbaths or handbaths too. All you need is 1/2 cup flakes (or more if you desire) dissolved and added to very warm water (for best results) then soak in it for 25-30 minutes. Do this often & you won't believe how fantastic you will feel in a very short time.
Many enhance their therapeutic bath experience by rubbing magnesium oil all over the body after a bath while the pores are still open. Regular use however is optimal in maintaining magnesium stores in the body. Magnesium Oil is available in this product section. "Or rub a small amount of the Gel on instead !"
