Our magnesium is a naturally occurring nutritional mineral extracted from seawater from the pristine region of the Okinawan Islands. Thanks to its exceptional geographic location it has high concentrations of magnesium chloride and is also very rich in trace elements. It is pure and free of additives or added perfumes. It has a very fresh “sea air” sensation if anything.
Wonderful for full body baths or footbaths too. All you need is 1-2 cups flakes (or more if you desire) dissolved and added to very warm water (for best results) then soak in it for 25-30 minutes. Do this often & you won't believe how fantastic you will feel in a very short time.
Many enhance their therapeutic bath experience by rubbing magnesium oil all over the body after a bath while the pores are still open. Regular use however is optimal in maintaining magnesium stores in the body. Magnesium Oil is available in this product section too.

Note: This product is very susceptible to turning into a "puddle" as it is mostly water content. Once the air gets to it , it will quickly become liquid, so it is important to keep it as airtight as possible between uses.I find that it actually keeps better if stored (tightly sealed) in the bag that it comes in or a bucket with an airtight lid. Don't drop any on your floor as it really can be quite messy.
