Directions for use:
Put 1/4 cup or more of Bath Flakes into a hot bath and soak for 20-30 minutes to relieve aches. A wonderful and beneficial way to soak your body. If unable to take a full body bath , then a 20-30 minute foot bath will give excellent results too. Did you know you can also do a hand bath ?
