"I was a bit skeptical, about a product that was as easy as wearing a ring.
My boyfriend is a bit over weight, and I have tried nose strips and sprays,nothing seemed to work. We gave the anti-snore ring a try. When he puts it on it takes around 20 minutes or so before I notice the difference. It doesn't stop the snoring completely, but it has sure quietened him down.
